Daily Delegate Rate (DDR)
Includes: Room Hire, flipchart & screen,
Sandwich Bar Lunch, Dessert & all day refreshments
£33.50 per person
(minimum of 12-17 delegates)
£31.00 per person
(minimum of 18+ delegates)
VAT at 17.5% is added to the catering proportion of the DDR

Room Hire Rates
Where the daily delegate rate is not applicable rates will be worked out according to room rate and specific catering requirements charged as follows:
Full day room hire is from
0900—1700 hours
Half day room hire
0900—1300 or 1300—1700
Please note that bookings which fall into both time slots will be charged at full day rate.
Registered charities receive a 10% reduction on room hire rates. Please enquire
at the time of booking if you are elligable.
