Meeting Room Equipment Hire...

The Bedingfield Room is equipped with a ceiling mounted digital projector for PC projection (please note we do not provide PC's unless specifically requested) and also has a DVD, CD, Microphone, overhead projector, 35mm projector and a hearing loop.

The Gascoigne and Aspinal Rooms have wall mounted screens suitable for projection and digital projectors, OHP's TV and DVD/Video players can be provided.

All rooms are supplied with flip charts, pens and stationery for the presenter's use.

Free Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the building by collecting a user ID and password from the Reception Office.

Photocopying and fax services are also available to support you and your meeting for a charge of 10p per sheet (20p double sided). Colour copying can also be done for a charge of 20p per sheet (40p double sided). Please ask at Reception.
