Meeting Room Facilities...
There are four meeting rooms available, each with their own individual character and all interconnecting, except the Morning Parlour. The magnificent Victorian Entrance can also be made available for dinners, exhibitions, book launches and celebrations on Saturdays and between 4pm and 10pm and there is a garden at the rear of the convent which is enjoyed by all our visitors.

The Bedingfield Room
The Bedingfield Room is the largest of the rooms, and was formerly the school refectory. This long and spacious room runs parallel to the main Entrance Hall and is ideal for larger meetings or for anyone who requires extra space for group work.

The Aspinal Room
The Aspinal Room is similar to the Gascoigne Room and has high ceilings and lots of natural light. This room was formerly an annex to the kitchen and makes an excellent training or meeting room, or an additional breakout room for larger groups. |

The Gascoigne Room
The Gascoigne Room was formerly a kitchen, and in later years was used as part of the Museum. In addition to being an excellent training room, it also provides extra space for larger groups in the Bedingfield room when a breakout room is required. |

The Morning Parlour
The Morning Parlour is a traditional Georgian meeting room with a fine oak table and chairs, seating up to 12 people in a formal boardroom style. This room was originally named the ‘Priest’s Parlour’ as in days gone by it was the room in which the Sisters would serve the Priest his breakfast, directly after early morning Mass. |

The Entrance Hall
The stunning glass roofed Entrance Hall can be hired for special occasions such as birthdays, christenings, funeral celebrations, Christmas lunches, exhibitions and small concerts. In the warmer months, the tranquil gardens can also be used as a space for your event. |
Registered charities receive a 10% reduction on room hire rates. Please check eligibility at the time of booking.
